Tasting Note
This violet red wine displays all the character of the Garnacha grape variety with intense fruity flavours and aromas such as sweet strawberry, raspberry and cherries, some balsamic touch with a bit of caramel and spices coming from the short aging.
In the mouth we get fruit again with certain floral hints. Very good balance, great
and sweet tannins. It is refreshing with a good touch of acidity and red fruit in the aftertaste.
Food Pairing
Faithful to its origins, this wine goes particularly well with any of the wide range of vegetables grown in Navarra, but its lively and fresh character also mean that it is a perfect accompaniment to all types of rice and pasta dishes, the touch of oak gives us the character for paring with grilled fish and of course red and white meat.
