Tasting Notes:
Straw-yellow in colour with copper reflections. The perfume is rich acacia floral and fruity hints of pear and apple. The flavour is dry, full-bodied, fresh and fruity.
Winemaking:
Manual harvest for grapes selection, destemmed and soft pressing with subsequent decantation. Then follows the fermentation at controlled temperature. Followed by 7 months of maturation in steel tank with several B?tonage. Terminated this period, the wine is filtrated, followed by bottling then will be a period of aging in bottle.
Serving temperature: 10-12? C.
It goes very well with fish and grilled meat, paste with tomato-basil and with eggs-plant, gnocchi with meat sauce and white meat, boiled chicken and hen dressed olive oil and salt. Ideal with Italian salami and in particular with our home made salami.
