Picota and garnet cherry color. Intense and Aromatic nose with memories of seasoning cherries dried black plums, black pepper and mycology notes. Very fresh and tasty, fruity mouth, memories of black and red fruit, sandalwood, Aromatic herbs, chocolate, menthol, pastries and roasted coffee beans. Long and very elegant wine.
Paring with game meat, red meat and also sweet chocolates.
