Made from the noblest varieties, from North and South of the Pyrenees, this is a versatile wine that can accompany any meal or discussion. Join in the conversation with Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnatxa and Merlot. Deep cherry red. Aromas of vanilla, balsamic hints typical of Garnatxa, fine cacao and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is well structured, meaty and full-bodied with mature tannins, balsamic.

Winemaking: Harvest and selection by hand. Fermented for 7 days at 26?C. Macerated for 6-10 days and two pumped overs per day. Not cold stabilised. It was lightly filtered before bottling.
Ageing: In 225L Allier oak barrels for 12 months. Subsequently aged in the bottle for 4 months prior to release.Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
Total acidity: 3.1 g/l
Residual sugar: 3.3 g/l
