Vinification The fermentation takes place in steel for about 12 days of contact with the skins, after the diversion it is refined for about 10 months in French oak barrels and tonneau of different ages and for another 9 months assembled in steel.
Alcohol level: 13.5-14%
Acidity: 5-5.5g/l
