Tasting Note

A bright and lively straw yellow color with shiny tinges. In the nose is refreshing with citric aromas with a touch of mint, alongside hints of aniseed. Full flavored in the palate, zesty and refreshing, with a good balance between the fruit and acidity.

This wine goes perfectly with hors d’oeuvres, soup dishes, as well as all sorts of fish and white meat.
