Tasting Note Pale straw yellow, aromatic perfume with hints of fruit and white flowers. A full flavour on the palate, fruity and
stylishly cloaked with lively minerally flavour. Full of energy with a balanced hint of refreshing acidic finish.
Food Pairing The wine goes well as an aperitif, with starters but also with fish dishes, white meat and mild cheese.

Aging The wine remains in the steel tanks with the lees for about 4 months. After bottling the wine is left to age for 1 month.
