Winemaking:
Vines carefully selected from the top part of one of our oldest vineyards planted in 1925 low hill of 600 meters altitude. Yields go from 1500 Kg/ha to 2000 kg/ha. Coming from sandy and a bit clay soil.
Manual harvested in small cases of 15 kg and grapes pass through a selection table to avoid bunches not according with our quality.  This wine was fermented with 50% full clusters in well-seasoned vertical barriques and then transferred to new French oak barrels for malolactic.

Maturation:
After the malolactic fermentation, we place the wine in new French oak barrels for about 13 months for ageing.

Tasting Notes:
Red deep color with violet hints. In the nose is powerful, black fruits such as blackberries, raspberries and plumbs species, incense, black pepper, forest and mineral touches. Licorice, smoky and balsamic flavors are also present. Big mouth, full body, very long with an amazing aftertaste where the black fruits are blended with the smokies. Well balance and fine tannins.
