Location and Vineyards Mernose hilly lands: four different vineyards for four clones located on the slopes suited to them climatically, with modified cappuccina training with 4,000 plants per hectare and 5,000 for the more recent Guyot vineyards.Harvest Manual, around mid-September; 60-65 quintals per hectare.Vinification Whole grapes in soft pressing; after decanting at low temperature in must it ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, then it remains for about 8 months on the residues of the yeasts.
